The Minister of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture, Hon. Lt. Gen. (Rtd) Amb. A. N. Sanyatwe, presided over the 18th Graduation Ceremony of the Zimbabwe College of Music (ZCM) in Harare, today.
The ceremony served as a testament to the academic partnership between the Zimbabwe College of Music and Africa University (AU).
A total of 15 students graduated, with 13 receiving Bachelor of Music Degrees in Ethnomusicology, while two graduated with Bachelor of Music Degrees in Jazz.
The Zimbabwe College of Music offers both full-time and part-time programmes, including the Bachelor of Music Degree, Diploma in Music, Certificate in Music Performance, and Sound Engineering, among other courses.
The event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture, the Zimbabwe College of Music and Africa University, as well as parents and other stakeholders
