The Ministry hosted a Men’s Wellness Expo for all staff members, bringing essential health and wellness services in one integrated platform.
The expo provided a wide range of services, including general health screenings (BP, sugar, prostate checks), eye and vision testing, oral and dental care, and cancer awareness.
Participants also benefited from fitness sessions, nutrition guidance, mental health and stress management support, and financial and legal wellness insights.
A key highlight was the panel discussion on drugs and substance abuse, where experts unpacked prevention, treatment, and community reintegration strategies.
The Ministry is committed to promoting a holistic wellness for men, encouraging early health-seeking and empowering men with knowledge for healthier lives.
